Description
Its back! Boot Camp will be held in the NEW weight room. Please meet at the front desk for the 1st class. This class is Monday and Wednesday from 6-7 with a certified personal trainer. This class is advanced and includes a number of challenging but fun exercises. All you need is yourself and a water bottle, be ready to be pushed harder than you think you can.
