5 Best At-Home Workout DVDs

You can come up with dozens of excuses not to work out. 

It's too cold or too hot. You're too busy. Whatever the reason, there's one way to squeeze in a workout no matter how much you want to convince yourself you can't: exercise at home.

Working out at home doesn't need to tedious or boring. There are a number of at-home fitness DVDs on the market that will keep you motivated and interested for the duration of the workout.
