Learn new skills: 4 oz. moves 1,000 pounds, energy emitting for healing, Fa Jin, and Push Hands. Take these body qualities in order to smooth out your form and become more rooted and relaxed. Familiarity with the entire Yang 24 form required. Class cancelled 9/27 for instructor injury; make-up on 11/1.
