Benefits of Meditation include reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, and being more effective in daily activities. In these weekly gatherings, experience a potpourri of meditation techniques ·

Mediation for sleep. Learn to relax and shut down no more restless nights.

Meditation to quiet the monkey mind by learning to calm the mind for better focus throughout the day.

Meditation to better understand the body by focusing on the tensions in our body and relax them out. Great for self-healing and pain management.

Meditation for letting go of your past. Very often we lock negative emotional experiences into our bodies: creating pain and self-doubt Learn to release these experiences to become freer and more comfortable.

Meditation for spiritual enlightenment and connecting to the universe. We will also touch on the physics string theory.

Please bring a yoga mat or blanket to lay on to class.
