Description
For participants who have completed Tai Chi for Arthritis, Balance and Fall Prevention, Part I, or with instructor's permission.
You will learn the movements to TCA Part 2 at a slow pace with more individual attention so that you can practice all of TCA independently.
Entire class can be done seated or standing. Additional Tai Chi for Health forms will be learned as appropriate.
Class is held at Buchanan Park Recreation Center on Tuesday's only.
