This activity is closed to further registration.
Experience dynamic and fun family class through body tapping, stretching, games, breathing exercises, and energy ball meditation! We will learn about the brain and organs and their functions. All youth participating in this class must be accompanied by a registered adult.
Bring a yoga mat or a blanket as we will be doing exercises lying down and sitting in the grass. Participants are required to wear shoes.
