Tai Chi - This class will introduce participants to the Chinese exercise forms of Tai Chi & Qi Gong. Easy to follow movements will improve body awareness, strengthen your joints and muscles and help you develop a state of mental quietness and relaxation.
Class is held in the 50+ Fitness Center.
