Kinstretch: Chair Work (Level 1)

Improve joint mobility and body awareness through exercises performed standing or with chair support. The focus is not simply on moving and getting tired, but on developing foundational control that helps the whole body (including the core) work together effectively.

Intro to Kinstretch is recommended for first-time participants.
