Note: Avis students should also register here. All childcare will take place at Tapscott. Extended Program During Report Writing Day As there will be no school in session on this day, the Extended Program will offer childcare for families should they need it. Please see the following guidelines to decide if you should sign up for Extended Program care: All Students All day (8 a.m. - 6 p.m.) care is available for TK - 8th graders! To sign up, please register & pay for your child here. Feel free to drop off/pick up at any time within that window. Drop-in (on the day of) students accepted, but there will be a $5.00 admin fee added. Childcare will physically take place on Tapscott campus. There will NOT be EP staff/supervision on Avis campus. Avis students are welcomed to Tapscott on this day. Students who have an Unlimited Annual Plan are covered for these days, and no additional payment is needed. Please still sign up using this option (select the Unlimited option)! We will serve a morning snack and an afternoon snack. Lunch is not provided. School Foodies will not be available that day. Please send your child with lunch if they will be with us at noon. Please no non-PS children; this includes siblings. Please no non-PS adults (nannies, babysitters, etc.) unless they are there to drop-off/pick up. There will be no Dany’s Cars on these days. All grades may bring scooters and/or skates, and they MUST have helmets. Elbow pads and knee pads are highly recommended. Students may not share equipment brought from home. This activity is weather dependent as well as subject to staff discretion. EP has four scooters available for any student to use should they not have their own scooter. Any student interested in riding a scooter MUST bring a helmet from home. Bicycles, ripsticks, anything motorized/electric and skateboards are not allowed. Questions?
