Tennis Camps are open to all players, 5 - 17. All levels are welcome! Goals include sharpening specific skills, drilling and point play, increasing fitness level, strengthening mental toughness, improving athletic ability and working hard and having fun!
9:00 - 9:30 am: Check-in & Dynamic Warm-up 9:30 - 10:45 am: Tennis Activities: Drills, Games & Skill Development 10:45 - 11:15 am: Chalk Talk & Snack Break 11:15 - 11:45 am: Point Play & Team Tennis 11:45 - 12 noon: End of Day Games
