Begin developing positive attitudes, good swimming habits and safe practices in and around the water. Skills: enter and exit the water using ladder, steps or side, blow bubbles through mouth and nose, bobbing, open eyes under water and retrieve submerged objects, front and back glides and floats, recover to vertical position, roll from front to back and back to front, tread water using arm and hand actions, alternating and simultaneous leg actions on front and back, alternating and simultaneous arm actions on front and back, combined arm and leg actions on front and back, learn how to stay safe, including recognizing an emergency and knowing how to call for help, and learn how to stay safe in, on and around the water, including the use of a life jacket, recognizing lifeguards and sun safety.
A participant who wishes to transfer to a different swim lesson class (level up or down, session or time change) will be charged a $10.00 processing fee. A request to transfer must be done at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the lesson, as long as there is room available in the class.
A participant who wishes to cancel will be charged a $10.00 processing fee and must cancel at least 5 business days prior to the first day of the lesson in order to receive a refund.
Credit card refunds will be issued back to the original card on file. All cash and check payments will be refunded via check within 30 days to the address on file.
