A personal trainer can create a workout routine suited to your fitness level; ensure you spend your time performing the right exercises with the proper equipment; teach you the right forms and correct them as you go through the exercises, thereby reducing the risk of injuries; and help you strike a proper balance to burn fat while building lean muscle. Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
