Developing a mindfulness practice is one of the most impactful things you can do to improve your overall mental, physical, and emotional health. Monday topics include: The Wisdom in Not Knowing, Come to Your Senses Meditation, Everyday Mindfulness Exercises, and Learning to Stand in the Middle of it All. Sessions include a brief introduction to the topic, group discussion and seated meditation time. Friday sessions are 20-minute seated mediations. The quiet space opens with music at 12:15 and meditation begins at 12:30 p.m. Led by Certified Meditation Teacher, Carol Wallenfelsz.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
