Description

Classes are designed for any individual 55 and better and vary in intensity.

Due to limited availability at this time, you may select up to two classes. ADD TO CART to make your selections.


Consult your physician before beginning any exercise program.

Level 1: Low intensity. Maintain/improve balance, body control, range of motion, and joint health.
Level 2: Low to moderate. Maintain/improve cardio endurance, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility.
Level 3: Moderate to high. 20+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, agility, and flexibility.
Level 4: High intensity. 30+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, strength, and agility.

Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
