Level 2: Low to moderate. Maintain/improve cardio endurance, muscle tone, balance, and flexibility.
Level 3: Moderate to high. 20+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, agility, and flexibility.
Level 4: High intensity. 30+ minutes cardio. Maintain/improve endurance, strength, and agility.
Cancellation Policy: You will receive a refund for fee-based activities canceled by SourcePoint or for activities from which you withdraw before the deadline. Refunds are not available for activities you are unable to attend.
