Calm your mind and body in this soothing Restorative Yoga class . This class incorporates mainly floor-based poses to promote deep stretching of the muscles and tendons as well as opening of the joints. It’s perfectly designed to release muscle & back tightness and help you relax! This gentle form of yoga is well-suited for those suffering from lower back pain, sciatica, tight hamstrings/calves, or busy people with overstimulated and over-active minds. So if you’re looking to improve your flexibility and reduce your stress levels, then this is the class for you! If you do not have Yoga blocks or bolsters you can use a rolled up firm blanket and/or pillows.
