Description
New! This new, 8-week class incorporates 30 minutes of Yin followed by 30 minutes of Restorative Yoga nd includes floor-based poses with the use of props to promote deep stretching of the muscles and tendons. It's perfectly designed to release muscle & back tightness and help you relax! This gentle form of yoga is well-suited for those suffering from lower back pain, sciatica, tight hamstrings/calves, or busy people with overstimulated and over-active minds.
No class March 19th and April 16th
