Your body is your tool in this cardio and strength training class, formerly known as Strong 30. Each interval focuses on a different area of muscles while incorporating a great cardio workout all without weights. This class focuses on upper body, lower body, core, and a full body cardio workout (the intervals) all in just 30 minutes. No matter what your fitness level is, the end goal is to increase your reps and cardio stamina. Please be sure to bring a workout/yoga mat and water.
