Registration is from 5.30pm
Race starts at 7pm with race brief lakeside at 6.50pm - Duathlon will start at 7.05pm
Wetsuits are mandatory for May Event
Optional for the rest of the series depending on water temperature
750m Open Water Swim
18k - 3 laps of 6k Bike
5k run - 2 x out & back & finishing around lake
Free Parking
Chip Timed
Duathlon starts with 3km run then same as Triathlon
