Description

Yoga uses a system of stretches to keep the body strong and flexible, improve circulation and help correct balance and posture. Deep breathing exercises increase lung capacity and release tension and fatigue.

The 10am group is for those that are learning the foundations of yoga movements, seeking to increase their range of motion, and balance.

This is a virtual class and you will need the free Zoom app to attend.

Group Exercise classes can only be attended by membership, pass or drop-in. Go to the C3 Group Exercise Page for more details on payment options.
