Yang StyleTai Chi Ch'uan is a soft martial art based on the principles of effortless breathing, rhythmic movement, and weight equilibrium. In this class, students will learn the first part of the Yang-style short form that was developed by Cheng Man-Ch'ing. Students will also learn basic warm up exercises and meditation techniques.
