Yoga uses a system of stretches to keep the body strong and flexible, improve circulation and help correct balance and posture. Deep breathing exercises increase lung capacity and release tension and fatigue.
The 9am group is for those that are comfortable getting up and down from the floor, and have basic yoga familiarity and foundation.

Group Exercise classes can only be attended by membership, pass or drop-in. Go to the C3 Group Exercise Page for more details on payment options.Class participants will be notified of cancellations either directly from the instructor or by email from C3.
You will need the free Zoom app to attend virtually. You will receive an email with your Zoom meeting link the morning of class. Please make sure your current email address is updated in our system when you register.
Emails with class links are sent prior to class. If you have registered the morning of class after 8 am, please call 541-766-6959 for your link.
