We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Tuesday, December 1, 2020.
Our Indoor Cycling class uses our stationary bikes to lead a high energy, high intensity but low impact cardio class.
*Masks required.
*PLEASE CHECK IN AT THE FRONT DESK AND LET THEM KNOW YOU ARE HERE FOR A FITNESS CLASS! You must leave the rec center after the fitness class or CHECK BACK IN at the front desk if you would like to stay and workout on the weight room floor.
