Build your overall strength with this total body workout. The session will begin with a moderate body weight warm up. Each session will be a different group of strength exercises that target our upper and lower halves as well as engaging our core. We'll spend 40 minutes using weights and body weight catered to all fitness levels, and then the last 10 minutes to cool down and do an overall stretch.
