Description
Even if you can’t twist into a pretzel, you can enjoy yoga. Classes are an
active, physical workout and a relaxing, meditative work-in. This class is for
beginners or those with some yoga experience. Explore and expand your own
strength, flexibility, balance, and focus. You leave each class feeling better
than when you walked in. Use a mat/blanket. This
