During this three-week course, you’re challenged to uncover your unique
physical and mental constitution as you learn to use the tools of this ancient
wisdom. A guide to discovering your true self, Ayurveda is a Sanskrit word
that means the “science of life.” Ayurveda was derived from the Vedic scriptures of India which seek to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit in order for the individual to more fully know their true nature. Through the study of the principles of Ayurveda, understand the cause and effect relationship between consciousness and matter.
