Energize your child's afternoons with the Little TrackStars After School Running program! Running, jumping, and sharpening mental focus are fundamental skills that lay the foundation for success in any sport. Refine gross motor skills, enhance balance and coordination, boost speed and agility, and develop mental toughness. During this indoor session, enjoy a blend of interactive drills, engaging games, and friendly racing to keep motivated and excited about sports. All experience levels are welcome. Wear comfortable clothes and athletic shoes. Please bring water and a snack (no nut products).
