This hands-on class builds foundational skills in essential culinary arts withina structured, adaptive and personalized environment. Each session focuseson one to two core techniques (ex: knife skills, cooking methods, or kitchensafety) which are introduced, demonstrated, and then practiced step by step.The emphasis is on developing practical, fundamental kitchen skills ratherthan preparing a complete meal. While you may take home anything you’veprepared during the class, there will not be time to eat during the session.Participants requiring 1:1 support must provide own support.No class 1/23. Please do not arrive at programs more than five minutes before the start of the program. Be ready to leave as soon as the program is over. Supervision is not provided before the scheduled start time.
