There are over 20 virtual classes offered in the Monthly Fitness pass. Virtual Classes are as follows: participants must have a free 50+ Center Membership to sign up for the classes. To sign up for the membership please call 410-313-1400 or 410-313-5440.

Mindful Mondays @ 9am - Monday
Zumba Gold @ 10:30 – Monday
Foundations of Movement @ 11 am - Monday

Cost: $50 if registration occurs before the 15th of the month. $30 if registration occurs on/after the 15th of the month.
Virtual Exercise Classes. On line registration will close on February 26th at 2pm. Anyone registering after February 26th must register over the phone between 10 am – 2pm Monday through Friday by calling 410-313-1400 or 410-313-5440.
