Stretch and Conditioning by Roman MykytaThis class's material mixes exercises and styles from Pilates, yoga, and dancethat aim to increase flexibility, strength, and mobility. From week-to-week,different muscle groups may be targeted. Class is broken into segments onthe floor, at the barre, and standing. No special tools/items required.Introduction to Pilates with Roman MykytaConnect your mind, body and spirit as you practice this systematic exerciseprogram. This series of flowing movements and breathing patterns lengthenand strengthen your muscles, with a primary focus on the powerhouse/abdominals. All levels of practitioners are welcome.
