BOOM Shake® is a body working, soul shaking, sweat dripping, fat blasting, and muscle chiseling cardio escape into a world where spirit, music and power collide for a complete workout. Created by a Howard County resident and featured in the Baltimore Sun, the BOOM Shake® cardio group fitness program fills the huge gap that exists between dance fitness and boot camp style classes. If you’re looking for more power than shimmy shakes yet don’t want to get down on the ground to do a burpee or pushup to music, this class will hit the spot! We move as one to the infusion of calorie burning, exciting and purposeful fitness movements from a variety of formats including kick boxing and martial arts. BOOM Shake® choreography is always original and created for each song for a unique body movement experience. Our instructors are masters of modifications and welcome you, regardless of ability.
BOOM Shake® Splash brings the power, rhythm, and confidence of BOOM Shake® into the water for an invigorating, empowering workout that's seriously fun. Water resistance turns every move into a sculpting, calorie-burning boost while staying low-impact and joint-friendly. Created by a Howard County resident and featured in the Baltimore Sun, BOOM Shake® bridges dance fitness and boot camp intensity—now with a refreshing aqua twist. If you want more power than typical pool dance classes without high-impact land drills, this is your sweet spot. Expect purposeful movements inspired by kickboxing, martial arts, and athletic cardio, all reimagined for water with original choreography that makes you feel strong and unstoppable. Our master fitness instructor offers modifications and encouragement for everyone—whether you're new to aqua fitness or a seasoned athlete seeking something fresh. BOOM Shake® Splash. Power meets water.
