Aerial Silks (Ages 14+) - Level 2 & 3 This class requires a minimum mastery of skills taught in Level 1. Prerequisite skills include - Single and double foot locks Crochet and same side knee hook from standing Pullover in slip knot Basic climbs Half moon skill in single foot lock If you have prior experience in Gymkana Saturday silks classes, this class is recommended for participants of level 2 & 3 who have continued actively training. *No classes Aug 3*
