Whether you want to work off all that Halloween candy you'll be eating or just want to have fun, welcome to our Monster Mash Bash! We're going to mash up 3-4 different group exercise classes for a unique and exciting experience.
We have two different time slots available so you don't have to miss out on the fun! At 11:45AM we'll be mashing together Silver Sneakers Boom Move, Yoga, and Zumba Gold. And at 5:30PM we'll have BodyCombat, BodyFlow, Tone, and Zumba. Please note that this registration is for the 11:45AM class ONLY.
Be sure to dress for the occasion! The member with the best costume in each class will win a prize!
