This program is designed to improve balance, increase muscle strength and bone density, and help fight osteoporosis through the use of lightweight bearing exercises. Participants will work at their own pace. Please provide your own weights. Weekly educational discussions will include topics related to fall prevention, osteoporosis, and good health. Classes will meet twice weekly. Wear comfortable clothing.
