About this event
This course is based on NFPA 1001 Standard for Fire Fighter Professional Qualifications and leads to Pro Board certifications. The course is designed for the person who seeks the knowledge and skills to function as an integral member of a fire-fighting team under direct or general supervision in hazardous conditions. The FF I course consists of a combination of classroom study, drill field practice, and training evolutions that will prepare the firefighter to perform most fire ground functions under the supervision of an officer or experienced firefighter. Pre-requisites: ACFR personnel must be medically cleared before the first night of class Non-locality personnel will need to provide proof of medical clearance or sign a waiver to participate Required Equipment: PPE Full Schedule: First Night Paperwork – Monday 1/08/2024 – 6-10pm All other classes run 8am-5pm on the following Saturdays: 1/8/24 1/13/24 1/20/24 1/27/24 2/3/24 2/10/24 2/17/24 2/24/24 3/23/24 3/30/24 4/6/24 4/13/24 4/20/24 4/27/24 5/11/24
