This course is based on NFPA 1021 Chapter 4 (Level I) and Chapter 5 (Level II), Standard for Fire Officer Professional Qualifications, 2020 Edition and leads to an accredited certification. The Level I course is designed for individuals who want to perform supervisory level duties by introducing basic concepts of management and supervision with focus on topics of organizational structure, communication skills, human resource management, public relations, planning, emergency service delivery, and safety.
