We're sorry, but this activity is over. The last meeting was Thursday, February 11, 2021.
A fun introduction class to gymnastics for boys and girls. Mini's is geared towards introducing gymnastics to our young friends. We will introduce basic gymnastics skills like forward and backward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, walking on beams and begin learning skills on bars. The class includes warm-up, flexibility, balance and conditioning.
