Join Brooke at the meadow in beautiful Thornwald Park for a 6-week journey into Yoga. She will offer an easy flow to develop a clear and safe understanding of yoga postures and finding your breath using the fundamentals. Using a sequential approach to promote purposeful movement of the body, while building strength and developing balance. This connection of breath and movement sets the tone for every yoga practice, while exploring a variety of postures and developing your yoga foundation. This class is designed with everyone in mind and is for every body, modifications can be made to accommodate everyone. All are welcome.
