An adult (19 yrs. & older) competitive swim club that emphasizes technique, conditioning, and race strategies. The program focuses on stroke technique for the four competitive strokes, race strategy, anaerobic and aerobic conditioning and meet preparations for local and regional competitions. Participants should be able to swim at least 800 yards with in 20 minutes. The program is a fun environment with hard working individuals that enjoy challenging themselves and each other.
