Your membership card is required for all visits. Cards may be obtained at CECS during regular office hours and include a photo ID. Reproduction of lost membership cards will result in a duplication fee. This membership is for Cape Elizabeth Fitness Center use only. It is effective on the day you purchase through 90 days (which includes the annual Fitness Center closure for cleaning (generally 5 days)
