This is USAW sanctioned meet. You need to have a USAW membership to be able to sign up for the meet. The schedule below is subject to change based on registered lifters. This is an OPEN MEET. Rewards and Medals will be given to the best Sinclair in Females and Males.
THERE WILL BE A PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHER AT OUR EVENTS THE CAPTURE LIFTING MOMENTS AND ALL PICTURES WILL BE YOURS AT NO COST! INCLUDED IN OUR PRIZE PACKAGE!

- Weigh-in Lifting
- Session 1 (All ladies with 15kg bar)
- 7:00 am weigh in - 9:00 am lift -11:00 am
- Session 2 ( 20 kg bar All Males)
- 9:30 am weigh-in - 11:30 am lift - 1:30 pm
