This gentle DWW is designed for the expectant mother. The instructor will guide you through some safe movements to include light Cardio, Strength and Stretch. Enjoy some free time at the end of your class to simply relax in a prone position in our warm water. (Pool will be shared with a shallow water class).
Please bring a Water Bottle to class.
