Release stress, and improve flexibility, balance and strength with a well rounded set of gentle exercises from Yoga, Tai Chi and Qigong. Take an active role in your good health with these wonderful practices! This class will include both standing and floor exercises. A yoga mat or similar padding is recommended. (6 classes) No Class 7/14.
This will be a VIRTUAL CLASS taught via Zoom. You will need access to a phone or computer that has the Zoom app downloaded. Virtual class link will be emailed out within 24 hours of class start time. Please make sure email on file is up to date. No Class 7/14.
