Learn basic principles and movements from Tai Chi to develop balance and coordination; increase strength, flexibility and focus. Tai Chi is an excellent form of exercise for seniors with health benefits recognized by major health institutions. This class is open to new students and those who would like to review parts of the short form previously taught by the instructor. (9 classes). No class 9/30 & 11/11.
