Tai Chi and Qigong exercises are an excellent way to reduce stress and to develop balance, flexibility and strength. Movements may be done standing or seated with no pressure placed on wrists or arms. Learn gentle flowing movements, breathing techniques and mindful practices that empower you to take better care of your health. (7 classes)


This will be a VIRTUAL CLASS taught via Zoom. You will need access to a phone or computer that has the Zoom app downloaded. Virtual class link will be emailed out within 24 hours of class start time. Please make sure email on file is up to date.
