About this event
Students will strive for their personal best through teamwork and dedication in track and field. Students will learn warm up techniques, how to practice in a fun and safe way, how to challenge themselves, and how to grow personally as well as athletically. Coach James will take the lead on building a GSB team and our students will eventually have friendly competitions with other schools.
