Description
Did you know it’s possible to make money from your drone? Drones are important to many companies for various applications, and drone videos and pictures are used in businesses such as real estate, roof inspection, and commercial photography. In order to profit from your drone however, you need to know the “rules of the air” and be properly licensed. This course prepares you for the FAA Part 107 exam, which is a necessary first step to commercially contracting with companies. Anyone 14 and over may take the test, but you need to be 16 to receive your license. You’ll also have fun “behind the throttle,” where you will take the controls and fly a drone to take pictures and videos. This class has a maximum of 9 students. Students must be at least 14 years old to enroll.
