This program is for children at entering 1st grade through those entering 6th grade. The program will follow all of San Mateo County's COVID-19 childcare safety guidelines. The current health orders allow for a maximum of 14 participants per group. We will hold our Summer Camp groups at Brisbane Elementary School (500 San Bruno Ave.) and the Mission Blue Center (475 Mission Blue Dr.) Each participant will be assigned to a group based on their age and interests. Participants living in the same household will be assigned to the same group. Special requests for site assignments or participant pairings will not be accepted. COVID-19 Safety Rules: 1. Upon arrival, participants and staff will be required to receive a health screening, which will include taking their temperature with a non-contact thermometer. Participants must not have a temperature in excess of 100°F, and will be asked to affirm that they do not have any of the symptoms that the CDC has deemed to be indicators of COVID-19. 2. No one may enter the indoor premises of our programs except for assigned staff and participants who have been cleared through their daily health screening. 3. There will be regular cleaning, disinfecting, and sanitizing of all surfaces and supplies. Participants and staff will be required to properly wash their hands with soap and water and use hand sanitizer throughout the day. 4. Program staff and all participants will wear face masks at all times. 5. Off-site excursions & group swimming may occur if conditions and updated COVID-19 guidelines allow.
