Traditional Okinawan KARATE Now beginning on Saturdays at the Bridgton town Hall • Self Defense • Balance • Coordination • Strength • Self-confidence • Discipline • Focus • Hand eye coordination Karate also improves physical fitness, assists in weight-loss and builds a stronger more resilient character. Kids 6 and up/Family class 11 am-12 pm.
