Learn the basics of strength training and receive helpful tips for starting your own free weight program. Rachel Canning, a certified kinesiologist, will coach students through scientifically supported techniques to increase core strength, build cardio endurance, and improve overall health.
Participants will leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more! This introductory course is for those with a serious interest in improving personal health and fitness.
